Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • any item that is returned more than days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon requesting a refund within 3 days from purchase date, a dispatcher will come to you to check the status of the product and make sure it has not been opened, in it’s original purchase state and can be resold to another customer, he will then refund you the amount in cash or back to your credit card depending on the method of payment. Opened products may be returned for a full refund or replaced if the product is defective.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. (except in case of defected product)

Exchanges (if applicable)
