Return & Exchange Policy

In order to ensure full satisfaction of iFIT Products, we recommend that you read and follow the product handling instructions attached to each product.

All the terms mentioned below don’t invalidate the right of the company to deduct any amount from the refunded amount to the client, according to any law or agreement to which the company is entitled, as a compensation for any impairment or damage done to the product while being held by the client.

    Please be noted that your request for a refund/ return according to the law is considered a confirmation of approval for the company to charge you a refund fee if it wishes to apply it.

    The initial shipping cost (if paid) is not refundable.

    The company is entitled to deduct from the refunded amount to the customer under any law and agreement, and/or entitled to charge/demand/claim from the customer to compensate for any damages and/or value reduction caused to the product at the time of its possession by the customer.

    Nothing in these terms to derogate from the provisions of the law.

    While preparing the items for return/exchange, please make sure that:

    • The items are packaged in their original bag/box/etc.
    • Authentication stickers/logos and any tags are attached to the items.
    • Items in new condition.
    • The product doesn’t qualify for a refund if it was opened, damaged in any way, or used because of health and safety reasons.

    If you made your purchase with Cash On Delivery option and decided to return your item(s), Please be noted that the only valid way for a refund in such cases is by cash, that you will receive within 7 working days. If you made your purchase using CC/DC 1.5% will be deducted for administration fees.
