What got you into fitness
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body can change and adapt. Once I realized that consistent training and proper nutrition could completely transform not just my physique, but also my confidence and energy levels, I was hooked. That realization inspired me to dive deeper into fitness and eventually help others achieve the same.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
My main inspiration comes from seeing real-life transformations—whether it’s my own progress or that of people I’ve helped. Watching someone go from feeling stuck to feeling empowered reminds me why I started. Also, knowing that every day is a chance to become stronger and healthier keeps me going.
What's Your Go-To Cheat Meal
I’m a sucker for a classic burger and fries. Sometimes I’ll add a milkshake if I’m really indulging. It’s a fun break from my usual clean meals, and it helps me satisfy cravings so I can get right back on track the next day.
