Graduated from Architecture Engineering & Certified by European Register of Exercise professionals (EREPS), Jackson started JACKSON FITNESS CO. in 2021 to customize flexible nutrition & workout plans to clients worldwide to help them achieve their targets.

What got you into fitness
I started sports as a basketball player at the age of 4 in El-Zohour Club then taking it to the professional level as a professional basketball player with the team, being selected to play for the national team, winning multiple national, domestic & international medals, which led to be scouted by El-Ahly Sporting Club & be signed with them & cementing my place in the national team of Egypt until 2018, then shifting my focus to bodybuilding, fitness & nutrition.
Since I was 11 I have always taken care of my body regarding fitness & nutrition to improve my skills & fitness level within the basketball court, to the extent that I studied multiple courses & got certified in Nutrition, Fitness, Personal Training. Which years later led to me expanding my studies for this field to become my main career.
Started creating customized nutrition & workout programs for my friends, teammates for free. & then by their word of mouth, the number of clients increased, encouraging me to create content on social media to help further people improve their healthy lifestyle.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
Hearing people every single day telling me that their health has improved, their day feels easier & that they feel more energetic because they followed their flexible customized plan. That’s my real drive to keep working, studying more & improving every single day.
What's Your Go-To Cheat Meal
It’s definitely either pizza or sushi, then probably a cheese burger. 😋
