🏫 Amy Graduated From Mechatronics Engineering from the German University in Cairo in 2014.
Amy had severe back problems since she was young, and was struggling to lift her bag but Fitness and Yoga changed her life so she decided to change others lives aswell and become a professional Coach and travels the world to take certificates in the Fitness and Yoga field ✈ 🧘♀.
Amy got hosted to share her story on many Tv channels and News Paper (Mbc ,Dmc,Sky News made documentary about her life , and many other Channels).
📚 She got many certifications, including the World top certification(American National Academy of Sports Medicines)(Russian Kettlebells)(Crossfit)(Animal Flow)(Russian Kettlebells)(Functional Training)( Yoga certifications from Bali and many other asian countries).
🌎 Broke the Guinness World Record By Participating in a Live Session Video for Breast Cancer awareness by Fitness and Yoga workouts that reached huge number of people and patients that broke the world record.

What got you into fitness
Since I was born I was a very hyper active kid who loved to move and play and hated sitting down😂.
Even At school I never took the breaks time to eat or rest but I always used to go play volleyball or run around and play in school break time.
Then started to go to sports camps yearly since I was young. Where I used to try a different sports and activities every Camp every year. and there in that Camp I discovered my Talents in Sports as I used to win medals then got popular in those camps to being one of the most sportive people who can play well in almost most sports and games.
Although I was very sportive and fast But I was weak coz I didnt lift weights at that time.
I also had severe neck and back pain,had neck discs and back injuries.My back and arms were very weak that I couldnt even carry my bag and my friends used to carry for me. And after years of physio therapy that weren’t effective I decided to try yoga and from the first week I felt the difference in my pain and fell in love with yoga❤.
I then started to go to the gym and lift weights. I started with 2 kg and now in some exercises like leg press I can push more than 300 kg 💪🏼 .And I found that my life was being changed and I can do every thing although I had severe joints problems and decided to become a coach to change others lives as my life was changed ❤.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
Passion for healthy life style and the results I saw by Fitness,Yoga and Sports is what inspires me .
Knowing that there is nothing more important than health is what inspires me to keep going even If Im not motivated or low on energy.
What's Your Go-To Cheat Meal
My go to cheat meal is always anything containing Cheese 🧀😍.
