I’m Ahmed Hussein Farouk from Damnhour, a certified nutritionist and personal trainer from AUC. I’ve competed in five championships, placing 4th twice in the Republic Championship, 4th in Mr. Fit, Top 10 in Africa Championship, and participated in Ahmed Ali Championship. I’ve coached over 1,000 clients worldwide, including more than 20 champions in different competitions.
I got inspired by watching boxing and admiring their physiques. I was overweight and weak, so I decided to transform myself. I joined the gym at 17, and now, after 13 years, fitness is my lifestyle.
What keeps me going is my passion for fitness and helping people achieve their dream body.
